Senior Consulting Psychologist
Dr. Nicole Moshfegh, or “Dr. M” as her clients refer to her, is a licensed clinical psychologist with a background in organizational and business consulting. Dr. M has over 10 years of training and experience in clinical and business psychology working with a variety of organizations ranging from universities and healthcare industries to restaurants and family-owned businesses.
As a Senior Consulting Psychologist for Savory Hospitality, Dr. M aids organizations through strengthening culture, enhancing team performance, and improving leadership. Her areas of expertise include organizational and individual assessment, enhancing performance, team building, crisis management, conflict resolution, executive coaching, and leadership development.
Dr. M holds doctoral and master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior with Honors from the University of California, Irvine (UCI). She completed her clinical psychology predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Currently actively involved in professional associations, Dr. M is a member of the American Psychological Association and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists (Credentialed Psychologist). She has published and presented at national and international conferences and provided workshops on organizational and workplace wellness, burnout, mindfulness-based interventions, and well-being.
